Former Arsenal fan Cuppy appeared in an ad to unveil Manchester United's new kit. It's barely been three months since she dumped Arsenal to become a Manchester United fan and DJ Cuppy is already getting heavily involved with the Red Devils.





The 27-year-old was a confessed Arsenal fan before she publicly switched support to Manchester United following a series of bad results for the Gunners.


Adidas and Manchester United today present the new 2020/21 season third kit, introducing a visually distinctive design, inspired by striped jerseys from the club’s history.































To create this new design, adidas re-drew, hacked and re-imagined combined elements from various jerseys throughout the club’s long history to create a bold new pattern. Utilising United’s iconic club colours of red, white and black, the kit is an original story with a modern update.


Manchester United will be hoping to show off their brand-new Adidas jerseys in the Champions League next season as they target a top-four Premier League finish this campaign.

Brexit: EU threatens UK with legal action if plans for controversial bill are not reversed

  The European Union (EU) has told the United Kingdom (UK) it may take legal action against the British government if it does not reverse plans to introduce a bill that would break international law by overriding parts of the EU Withdrawal Agreement designed to avoid a border across the island of Ireland.   The UK's Withdrawal Agreement designed to remove the UK from the EU was signed by Prime Minister Boris Johnson and approved in the Westminster parliament last year following difficult negotiations with the EU.   After an emergency meeting on Thursday, September 10, of the joint EU-UK committee that is dedicated to enacting the deal, the EU’s executive body said the plan by the British government undermines trust, places negotiations to reach future deals in future in question, and puts at risks the Good Friday Agreement.   EU co-chair of the joint committee Maroš Šefèoviè told his counterpart British cabinet minister Michael Gove that if the bill were adopted “it ...

Resident doctors suspend their nationwide strike

  The National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) has suspended the nationwide industrial action.   The association began the strike on Monday, September 7 to press home their demand which includes payments of its COVID-19 allowances, health insurance for frontline workers and others.   The President of NARD, Dr Aliyu Sokumba, confirmed the suspension of the strike this evening. The suspension came after the Federal Government and the doctors reached an agreement at a meeting presided over by the Minister of Labour and Employment, Dr Chris Ngige, in Abuja today.   At the meeting, the FG made it known that it had paid N9.3bn to insurance companies for Life Group Insurance and payment of death benefits for health workers, adding that enrolment was by the submission of nominal rolls by the various health institutions, which NARD had been mandated at a previous meeting to accomplish.   On the payment of outstanding 2014, 2015, and 2016 arrears, th...
